Helping You Build a Stronger Sense of Self and More Meaningful Relationships Through Life’s Transitions
Life transitions often bring up questions about identity, relationships, and direction. You may feel in-between versions of yourself or unsure how to move forward. Therapy can help you clarify what is shifting and how you want to respond and develop. I serve clients virtually across Colorado.
When life feels different than it used to
Many people come to therapy not because something is “wrong” but because something no longer feels fully aligned.
You may find yourself:
Feeling disconnected from yourself despite functioning well externally
Moving through transitions that no longer fit old ways of living
Struggling to feel grounded in your relationships
Questioning identity, direction, or purpose
Wanting more depth, clarity, or emotional connection in your life
Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and understand what is unfolding.
Who I work with:
I work with adults and couples navigating a wide range of experiences, including identity development, relationship challenges, and life transitions across adulthood.
This includes people who are:
High-functioning but feel internally disconnected
Experiencing shifts in identity and purpose
Navigating relationship conflict or emotional distance
Moving through career, life, or development transitions
Seeking greater clarity, meaning, and emotional depth
Counseling services:
Individual counseling: supporting adults navigating identity, relationships, life transitions, and emotional challenges
Couples counseling: work focused on intimacy, communication, emotional connection, and relational development
What therapy with me is like
Therapy is a collaborative process. Our work begins by exploring the patterns of thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships that shape your experience. Some of these patterns may be familiar, while others may operate just outside conscious awareness.
My approach is informed by the understanding that we are not only shaped by our experiences, relationships, and environments, but also actively shape them through the ways we respond, relate and make choices. As self-awareness deepens, we begin to recognize new possibilities for responding to life’s challenges and opportunities. Together, we identify areas of desired growth and work toward changes that better reflect your values, relationship desires, and evolving sense of self.
Whether you are navigating a life transition, struggling with recurring patterns or simply feeling uncertain about your next chapter, therapy is a time for you to connect with who you are and who you are becoming. While we explore long-standing themes, sessions remain flexible enough to address immediate concerns and challenges.
Over time, therapy can help increase psychological flexibility. Rather than feeling confined by old patterns, you can develop a deeper confidence through your capability to continue growing into the person you want to be.
